Step 1: Choose Your Design

Step 2: Pick Your Customisation Option
Most of our bags offer two customisation options:
- One Side Customisation — your name is printed on the front of the bag. This is the most popular choice.
- Two Side Customisation — available on select bags, your name or text appears on both sides.
Select the option that suits you best from the product variant selector.
Step 3: Enter Your Name
Once you've selected your variant, you'll see a personalisation text field on the product page. Simply type your name (or the name of the person you're gifting it to) exactly as you'd like it to appear on the bag.

- Use the capitalisation you prefer (e.g. "PRIYA" vs "Priya")
- Keep it to a first name or short text for the cleanest look
- Double-check the spelling before adding to cart — since each bag is made to order, we print exactly what you enter
Step 4: Add to Cart & Check Out
Add your bag to the cart and proceed to checkout. We accept all major payment methods:

- Cash on Delivery (COD) — where available at your pin code
Step 5: We Make Your Bag
Once your order is confirmed, our team gets to work. Since every NixaStyle bag is made to order, we carefully prepare your bag with your name printed exactly as specified. This is what makes each bag truly unique — it's not pulled off a shelf, it's made specifically for you.
Step 6: Delivery to Your Door
We ship pan-India and delivery typically takes 5–8 business days from the order date. You'll receive tracking updates once your order is dispatched.

Can I change my name after placing the order?
Please contact us immediately at info.nixastyle@gmail.com or WhatsApp if you need to make a change. Once production has started, we may not be able to amend the order.
What font/colour will the name be in?
Our design team selects the font and colour that looks best on each specific design to ensure the cleanest, most aesthetically pleasing result. If you have a specific request, drop us a message before ordering.
Can I order for gifting?
Absolutely! Many of our customers order as gifts for birthdays, friendships, and special occasions. Just enter the recipient's name in the personalisation field and we'll take care of the rest.
What if I receive a wrong or damaged bag?
If there's a printing error on our part or the bag arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
