Step 2: Select Your Bag Size
NixaStyle tote bags come in two main sizes. Choosing the right size depends on how you plan to use it:
- Standard Tote (12×16×5 inches) — our most popular size. Fits A4 notebooks, a 13-inch laptop, a water bottle, and daily essentials. Great for college, office, and travel.
- Mini Tote (10×12 inches) — compact and cute. Ideal for casual outings, short trips to campus, or as a stylish secondary bag.
If you're ordering as a gift and aren't sure which size to pick, go with the standard size — it's more universally useful and appreciated.
Step 3: Pick Your Customisation Option
Most NixaStyle bags offer two customisation options:
- One-side customisation — your name is printed on the front of the bag. This is by far the most popular choice and gives a clean, focused look.
- Two-side customisation — available on select designs. Your name appears on both the front and back of the bag.
Select your preferred option from the product variant selector on the product page.
Step 4: Enter the Name
Once you've selected your variant, you'll see a personalisation text field on the product page. Type the name (or the name of the person you're gifting it to) exactly as you'd like it to appear on the bag.
Tips for best results:
- Use the capitalisation you prefer (e.g. "PRIYA" vs "Priya" vs "priya" — all will be printed exactly as entered)
- Keep it to a first name or short text for the cleanest, most aesthetically balanced look
- Double-check the spelling carefully — since each bag is made to order, we print exactly what you enter
- Avoid special characters or very long names for the best visual result
Step 5: Add to Cart and Checkout
Add your bag to the cart and proceed to checkout. At this stage, you can also:
- Add gift wrapping for ₹89 — your order will arrive beautifully presented, ready to hand over
- Add a personal gift note at checkout
- Apply any discount codes you have (e.g. PREPAID for 5% off prepaid orders, LOVE15 for orders above ₹2,699)

This also means we're not able to make changes after production has started, so please double-check your personalisation before placing the order.
Step 7: Tracking and Delivery
We ship pan-India and delivery typically takes 5–8 business days from the order date. You'll receive an SMS/email with tracking details once your order is dispatched from our Surat facility.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change the name after placing the order?
Please contact us immediately at info.nixastyle@gmail.com or WhatsApp (+91 9157570676) if you need to make a change. Once production has started, we may not be able to amend the name. Act fast — orders go into production within a few hours.
What font and colour will the name be in?
Our design team selects the font and colour that looks best on each specific design to ensure the cleanest, most aesthetically pleasing result. This varies from design to design. If you have a specific request, message us before placing the order.
What if my bag arrives with a spelling error or damage?
If there's a printing error on our part or the bag arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos at info.nixastyle@gmail.com. We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Is COD available everywhere?
COD is available at most pin codes across India. Availability is shown at checkout based on your delivery pin code. A small handling fee may apply on COD orders.
Can I order for gifting without including an invoice?
Yes — if you're ordering as a gift, just let us know in the order notes and we can exclude the price from the packaging.
